Using the website and your account
Provide accurate contact, billing, GST, and delivery information when you enquire or place an order. Keep your login credentials private and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for ensuring that a person placing a business order for your organisation has authority to do so.
Products, quotations, and prices
Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change. The applicable price, taxes, delivery charges, quotation validity, and any special conditions will be shown in the accepted quotation, order, or invoice. A quotation becomes an order only after MS Enterprises confirms acceptance and the applicable conditions are met.
Orders and payment
Orders are subject to stock, serviceability, payment confirmation, and any credit approval shown for the customer account. B2B credit is available only when expressly approved; the invoice and agreed account terms determine the due date. Payment options offered at checkout may vary. We do not ask customers to disclose PINs, one-time passwords, or banking passwords to our staff.
Delivery
Delivery availability and estimated timing depend on the destination, serviceable PIN code, stock, and dispatch conditions. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are confirmed with the order and may change if circumstances outside our reasonable control affect dispatch.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Requests are handled under our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy and any written quotation or order-specific terms. Please contact us as soon as possible with the order or invoice number.
Website use and applicable rights
Do not use the website to submit false, unlawful, or misleading information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another person's account. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms; the version published on the website applies from its stated update date.
